Returns Policy
Returns can be made 21 days from the date you receive your order. Returned merchandize must be unused and in its original packaging when this applies.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. We do not charge restocking or return handling fee. We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
Please note, we do not accept returns of : Rugs, pillows, candles, soap, custom orders or personalized orders.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Shipping within the US: we offer FREE shipping on orders over $130, we charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for orders below this amount.
Shipping outside the US: we charge a flat rate of $65 per shipment. Any added customs or clearance fee is the responsibility of the receiver.
lWe ship using UPS and USPS and are therefore not able to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Please contact us if you need any special shipping arrangements.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before noon PST will ship within 2 business days.
